The successful implementation of large-scale transportation project requires not only drivers, but also personnel with different responsibilities to complete the project. The team leader of a large cargo transport vehicle is a person who is fully responsible for the quality, safety, technology, progress and vehicle control on the spot during the implementation of a large cargo transport project, a key component of the 11 core professional positions. According to the group standard“Road transport professional post guide for large-size logistics industry”(t/APD 0002-2021) , the water resources and electric materials circulation association organized the professional experts to develop the job skill requirements for the large-size transport team leader, the road transportation professional post series of training-the post skills training course for the big-size Transport Vehicle Fleet leader, which makes the personnel in the industry actively study and participate in the assessment.

From March 8 to 10, the 6th Second Council and 2023 working meeting of China Water Resources and electric materials circulation association was successfully held in Zhengzhou. Nearly 200 representatives from the governing bodies and some of the invited members from all over the country attended the meeting. The conference focused on the "2023 Annual Work Report of the Association" made by Secretary General Chen Zhenya of the Association.

The report points out that 2023 is the beginning year of the new decade for the development of China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Material Circulation Association, and also the first year after the election of the sixth council and the new leadership. Focusing on the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Central Economic Work Conference, focusing on the national "14th Five Year Plan" for Modern Logistics Development, based on the new stage, establishing new concepts, exploring new ways, in the party building, internal management In terms of the service industry and service members, we have carried out work in a solid and efficient manner and continued to promote the high-quality development of the large logistics industry.

The report proposes that the main work goals and ideas of the Association's secretariat in 2023 are: to strengthen the leadership of party building, fully implement the spirit of the first meeting of the sixth session of the Association, optimize the working process of the secretariat, build three service platforms, focus on four key tasks, and create five types of service brands.

At this Council meeting, the "Talent Cultivation Plan for Large Craftsmen" submitted by the Secretariat was reviewed. Everyone reacted enthusiastically and hoped that the Association could make a new breakthrough in the cultivation of large-sized talents, creating more knowledge-based, skilled, and innovative "large-sized craftsmen" for the industry.

The association continued to carry out online training and launched 24 live classes; Organize 4 training courses for large cargo transportation escorts with a total of 152 people.

In his summary speech, President Pan Zhiyong emphasized that as a non-governmental organization in the heavy goods logistics industry, the Association is essential to strengthen the party building work in the industry. Implementing the strategic deployment of the 20th National Congress is the foothold and focus of our positioning for the future and arranging our work. Although the development of the heavy goods logistics industry will be greatly affected in 2022, there should be great hope for a significant rebound in the market of the heavy goods logistics industry in the context of macroeconomic policies such as timely adjustment and optimization of epidemic prevention and control policies, and encouragement of the development of new energy industries. At the same time, it is hoped that the Association will lead the healthy and sustainable development of the industry and enterprises through the line of party building work, and strengthen the links between members through the line of business. The ultimate goal is to make new and greater contributions to ensuring the safety and stability of China's "big country heavy equipment" industrial chain and supply chain.
