Transportation of oversized equipment for export
The export over-gauge precision equipment carried by Chuji Logistics was successfully transported and delivered.
The size of this large piece of transportation is 11.22*3.7*3.9 meters and the weight is 38.2T; the project operation implementation requirements:
1. The operation manager arranges the cargo survey in advance. It is necessary to do a good job of bundling the unit and cover the unit with oil cloth. Note that the binding points are at the four hoisting points of the unit. This unit is not suitable for wrapping and bundling.
2. Chuji Logistics strictly follows the safety management requirements of the factory and the terminal: arrange professional operators, arrange safe vehicle models according to the characteristics of the goods, so that all personnel involved in this project must follow the "Safety Production Law" related equipment hoisting, large pieces The management of transportation is performed.
3. Comply with the Ministry of Communications "Regulations on the Administration of Highways for Excessive Transport Vehicles", handle the over-limit passes for cargo transportation in advance, and transport them legally and safely.
4. The operation manager of Chuji communicates the loading plan with the customer and the factory in advance, so as to improve the loading efficiency in actual operation; after loading, do a good job of bundling, and standardize the use of overrun warning signs. After all the above professional measures are determined, the implementation will be carried out in strict accordance with the "Execution Book for Safe Operation of Chuji Large-scale Project".
