Export precision injection molding machine equipment transportation
A total of three batches of export precision overweight injection molding machines carried by Chuji Logistics were successfully transported and delivered. There are 9 pieces of equipment totaling 362 tons, and a single large piece is 55 tons.
Chuji Logistics arranges professional operators in strict accordance with the safety management requirements of Japanese-funded enterprises; in addition, it arranges safe vehicle models according to the characteristics of the goods; all personnel in this project must comply with the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" related equipment hoisting, large-scale transportation Manage and implement; abide by the Ministry of Communications' "Regulations on the Administration of Highways for Oversized Transport Vehicles" to achieve civilized construction.
Notes on loading:
1. Be sure to bring 8-10 straps [each can pull 3-5 tons of goods];
2. The vehicle requires a 80 cm low flatbed model;
3. Chuji installation supervisors and drivers arrive at the factory on time, and all operators on site must wear safety helmets and reflective clothing;
4. After the goods are loaded, stick the reflective strips, and pay attention to safety when loading, unloading and driving.
After all the above professional measures are determined, the implementation will be carried out in strict accordance with the "Execution Book for Safe Operation of Chuji Large-scale Project".
