On August 18-21, 2023, the Asia Europe Business Expo/New Energy Cooperation Promotion and Roundtable Conference was successfully held in Urumqi, Xinjiang.

The Eurasian Expo is a national and international comprehensive large-scale exhibition jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and other units. It has been held for seven consecutive sessions. At the meeting, experts and enterprise representatives from institutions and colleges such as the General Institute of Hydropower and Water Resources Planning and Design, Shanghai Electric Power University, etc. gave special speeches on energy transformation under the background of carbon neutrality, Central Asia new energy cooperation, China Kazakhstan new energy cooperation, China Ukraine new energy cooperation, and exchanged policies and markets on international cooperation in new energy.

During the dialogue on green logistics in Central Asia, experts from China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Material Circulation Association, Sichuan Oriental Logistics, Xinjiang Yaxin Company, Kashgar Jinlida, Milkewei, Chuji Logistics and other enterprises discussed the competitiveness, supply chain value, opportunities and challenges of the green logistics industry in Central Asia in the era of parity.

Discussions were conducted on the competitiveness, supply chain value, opportunities and challenges of each industry.
