On November 11, the Forum on High Quality Development of Supply Chain and Logistics of Major Components jointly sponsored by China Water Resources and Power Materials Circulation Association and the Large Components Logistics and Supply Chain Branch of the China Union of Things was successfully concluded in Deyang, Sichuan.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned "green development" and "safe development" for many times, and pointed out that we should "promote the formation of a green and low-carbon production and lifestyle". With the theme of promoting the high-quality development of large equipment logistics supply chain, the forum discussed and studied the ways and methods to realize the green and safe development of large equipment supply chain and logistics, focused on improving the resilience and safety of China's major equipment manufacturing industry chain supply chain, and promoted the effective improvement of the quality and reasonable growth of the economy.

As a major equipment manufacturing province, in order to support the development of major equipment manufacturing, Sichuan Province is the first to build the country's only dedicated road for large cargo transportation, making great contributions to large cargo transportation. Mr. Yang Kaigui, the second level investigator of Road Transport Administration of Sichuan Provincial Department of Transport, reviewed the development process of large-scale object transport industry around how to promote the orderly development of large-scale object transport, pointed out the existing problems, analyzed the reasons, and proposed to build a modern industrial system; Promote the industrial standards of heavy cargo transportation; Establish shipper responsibility system and accountability system; Suggestions on promoting intensive and large-scale management of large cargo transportation enterprises.

As the leading enterprise in the wind power equipment manufacturing industry, Mr. Qing Lei, Senior Manager of Transportation Technology of Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd., systematically shared the practical experience of Goldwind's large cargo transportation safety management, and demonstrated the large cargo transportation safety management model established by the company and the achievements made in the practice of strengthening rear end risk management and control and blade transportation electric shock risk management and control by taking standard identification and other risk management and control measures.

As an expert, Mr. Pan Zhiyong, President of China Water Resources and Electric Power Materials Circulation Association, shared his thoughts on the safe development of heavy cargo transportation, and proposed to correctly and objectively understand and evaluate the safety risks in the process of heavy cargo transportation, neither underestimate nor exaggerate. At the same time, he systematically analyzed the practical difficulties and contradictions between the large cargo transportation behavior and the supervision service behavior according to many problems reflected by the current member enterprises, and put forward some practical and operable suggestions.
